They have a bot of this and a bit of that! It is a very cute shop and fun to find some goodies!

Literally something for anyone and everyone!

Don’t forget to also venture out more for some other intereting sites!

Who do you spend the most time with?

Honestly, myself really but also with my 3 cats.

I spend most of my time alone with them in my room either reading a novel, writing a blog or watching a show on my days off.

My daughter had moved out when she graduated high school to begin her own life journey.

My husband works alot to support our life together.

Other than visiting horses or when my Mom or daughter come to spend time with us – it’s just me and the furballs!

  • Cultural Impact:The story of the Titanic has been adapted into numerous stories, films, and other media, reflecting its enduring fascination.

I was able to visit the Titanic museum in Florida and I enjoyed the history of this beautiful ship that didn’t get to live long. I would have loved to have gone on this ship if I could have!

I love anything concerning this ship! I have books galore, I have a model of it, jewelry, the movies, and I painted on canvas as well!

Even did an escape room!
Able to feel the different slants during sinking!
Went to a few different theater plays!

Below are the paintings I have done.

I even found a restaurant in Port Washington, Wisconsin called The Steerage!

Amityville Horror House in Wisconsin!

The Amityville Horror house in Wisconsin is known locally as Oakwood Manor. This Queen Anne Victorian home built in 1880 on the shore of Silver Lake in Salem, Wisconsin was the filming location of the 2005 Amityville Horror remake starring Ryan Reynolds.

The house was used for both interior and exterior shots. The production crew built a façade onto the house to give it the sinister, eye-like Amityville windows of the house where the actual events took place. They also constructed the boathouse seen in the movie.

Strange Occurrences

  • Production was disrupted one day when the body of a missing fisherman floated to the surface of the lake.
  • Ryan Reynolds stated that during filming process, the cast and crew reported waking up inexplicably at 3:15am
  • During the production, cast and crew often felt an “otherworldly presence,” cold spots, and would experience sudden chills.

Screen-used items left behind from the production, such as a bed used by Reynolds, the kitchen table, curtains, and windows, were sold at an estate sale in 2017.

The Amityville Horror movie, especially the 2005 remake, was filmed in Salem, Wisconsin. The house used for the exterior shots of the Amityville house is located at 27618 Silver Lake Road. It’s a real house that was temporarily modified to include the iconic “eye” windows.

I loved the movies of the Amityville house and the history behind the true story. Do I believe that the real amityville house at 112 Ocean Avenue in Amityville, New York is haunted? A resounding yes!

It even looks haunted! Would I ever want to go inside it if I had that chance? Another resounding yes!

Anything creepy or spooky interests me and which is why Halloween is my fave holiday!

I will be exporing other creepy locations and sharing here in my blogs.🧖

List three books that have had an impact on you. Why?

  1. To dance with dolphins- by Bonnie Leon. Because it tells that you can still succeed with hardship.
  2. Capturing lighthouses and life’s lessons- by Angel Kypkema. Because it lets you know to take time to do something for yourself.
  3. Jonathon Livingston Seagull- by Richard Bach. Because it tells you to follow your own rules, to do something special even if for just themselves and there is more to living than meets the eye.

What fears have you overcome and how?

The worst! Flying!

I overcame it the first time when I flew to Florida to swim with dolphins! Was so worth it!

The next was for petting a real 5 month old tiger named Noah with my daughter! So exciting!

Next just a vacay away from the stress of life with hubby!

Will I still fly? That’s a question for later!!
